Copying is slavery, you have to reach the spirit.

~ Zen Proverb

All living souls welcome whatever they are ready to cope with; all else they ignore, or pronounce to be monstrous and wrong, or deny to be possible.

~ George Santayana, philosopher (1863-1952)

You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking, so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

~ Marianne Williamson, spiritual activist, lecturer, and author (1952-)

ONE – FIRST CAUSE

Number-1.jpgNumber 1 - Active & Dominant

Number one embodies the qualities of an active, creative, and aggressive force that initiates and commands. It is the beginning of everything and included in everything. In addition it is an independent, dominant force, striving for unity.

Mathematically, the all important role of number one is that any natural number can be expressed through multiples of number one.

The chemical element that correlates with number one is the non-metallic element hydrogen, which is, at standard temperature and pressure, a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, highly combustible gas. It is the smallest, lightest, and the most abundant element in the universe. And it is the most active element. It is so active that it forms hundreds of compounds with different elements. No other element in nature forms such a multitude of compounds with different elements. It can act in compounds as a metal and as a nonmetal. Almost every organic compound has hydrogen as one of its constituents, and hydrogen is present in the water molecule (H2O), which is absolutely essential to life.

Also, hydrogen manifests the threefold aspect of a unity (trinity) through its hydrogen isotopes:

Protium (1H), most common hydrogen isotope with one single proton and no neutron in its nucleus.

Deuterium (2H), stable hydrogen isotope with one proton and one neutron in its nucleus.

Tritium (3H), radioactive hydrogen isotope with one proton and two neutrons in its nucleus.
